Every year we send  samples  of our early harvest EVOO to the World Olive Centre for Health in Athens, Greece for Polyphenol analysis. It provides a much more accurate analysis than we can obtain from Australia.   The Total Polyphenol  concentration in the EVOO is divided into three categories, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze implies a Total Polyphenol level between 250 mg/Litre and 499 mg/Litre Silver is between 500 mg/Litre and 1,199mg/Litre and Gold 1,200 mg/Litre and >. This year Puketi Olive Farm was awarded a Silver medal with a Total PP level of 811 mg/Litre, and a Bronze medal for another EVOO with a Total PP level of 396 mg/litre.
